  • Yes! In order to accommodate the high appointment demand and ensure that each bride has a dedicated stylist, appointments are required.

    We’re only open 2 days per week: Wednesdays & Saturdays. Appointments are limited, so we recommend booking your appointment in advance to ensure availability.

  • Wednesday Private Appointments:

    • Require a $50 booking deposit, applied back towards a same-day gown purchase

    • Get first looks over each week’s new arrivals

    • Have half of the bridal shop to yourself

    • Brides can shop the racks without other bridal parties in overlapping size sections

    • Receive 1-on-1 bridal consultation

    • Can bring up to 7 additional guests

    Saturday Concurrent Appointments:

    • Require a $50 booking deposit, applied back towards a same-day gown purchase

    • Shop the racks with other bridal parties

    • Up to 6 concurrent appointments per hour

    • Receive 1-on-1 bridal consultation

    • Can bring up to 4 additional guests

  • Because of our unique model & low pricing, inventory changes quickly — so we've put together 5 tips & tricks to help you make the most of your appointment:

    1. Wait to visit until you're ready to say yes to the dress! If you fall in love with a gown, you'll want to be prepared to act fast — what's here today, could be gone the next!

    2. Make us your LAST bridal stop. If you already know that you need to visit a few shops before feeling confident in a decision, we encourage you to shop around & then make us your final stop.

    3. Come in with an idea of which bridal styles you like. Knowing which styles to focus on will help us make the most of your hour-long appointment.

    4. Bring the people you need by your side to say yes. You can bring up to 4 guests on Saturdays, and 7 guests on Wednesdays. Facetime, if needed!

    5. Make the most of your deposit! Our booking fee is only credited towards a same-day gown purchase, so don't waste your time or money "browsing" — come ready to find your dress, and we'll help with the rest!

  • No problem! We simply require a 48-hour cancellation notice. If you are unable to make it to your designated appointment time, please call the shop, and we will be more than happy to help you reschedule. If canceled or rescheduled within less than 48 hours, a $25 late cancellation fee will be applied.

  • All of our designer gowns are marked down to $899! Yup — Every. Single. One.

    You’ll find that most of our gowns retail between $1,500 - $3,500 elsewhere, but we choose not to impose the big retailer markups.

    We also carry a collection of discounted bridal accessories including veils, sleeves, and detachable trains ranging from $99-$199.

  • We are a size-inclusive shop that caters to all shapes and sizes! We’ve stocked over 700 gowns across sizes 0-28, with our smallest size measuring 24” around the waist and our curviest size measuring 49” around the waist. We carry one of the largest curvy collections in the state of Georgia, with hundreds of gowns to look through in sizes 18 and up.

  • Due to the nature of our off-the-rack model, we’re unable to offer size or inventory checks around specific styles.

    Our inventory is constantly changing each week as gowns are sold & new styles are added to the floor, so if you’re interested in seeing the available gowns in each size range, the best way to view our current collection is to come in for a visit!

    Each week, we restock with new styles. Our team has intentionally sourced a wide variety of styles in each size range to give gals the best chance of finding their dream gown — and most gals do! On average, over 80% of brides say yes to the dress with us!

  • We think shopping for your gown should be fun & stress-free, so our team is there to support you throughout the entire process! Your appointment begins by taking your measurements so that we can direct you to the right size sections. Bridal sizing can be funky, so we’ve done away with the number system by recategorizing our gowns into color-coded sections! You’ll spend the first 5-10 minutes cruising the racks & selecting your favorite gowns to try-on. Don’t worry — these initial gowns aren’t the only styles you’ll get to try on! As you narrow in on your style/vision, your stylist will continue to pull additional gowns for you throughout the appointment. In the last 15 minutes of your appointment, you’ll have an opportunity to retry on your favorite gowns along with our selection of veils, before the special moment you’ve been waiting for — saying YES to your dream dress!

  • All appointments last 1 hour! Be sure to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow enough time to check in & start on time. Our stylists are trained to help you every step of the way to ensure your shopping experience runs smoothly & seamlessly. Your hour appointment starts with shopping our racks and ends with saying yes!

  • Our dresses are sold off-the-rack and are ready to take home with you same-day, so unlike most bridal shops, there are no long lead times or shipping delays. We do not recommend shopping for your gown more than ~15 months in advance of your wedding. However once your date and venue is confirmed, your dress is the next stop!

    To provide ample time for alterations, we suggest shopping with us 4-9 months before your wedding date — but because of the nature of our off-the-rack model, we’ve helped plenty of brides on tighter timelines (some even days before their wedding!)

    Regardless of your timeline, we always recommend waiting to visit until you’re ready to say yes, or you may risk your dream dress becoming someone else’s.

  • It depends on the type of appointment you book! During Wednesday Private Appointments, you can bring up to 7 additional guests. During Saturday concurrent appointments, you can bring up to 4 additional guests.

    Be sure you have anyone you need to say YES there with you! If they can't attend in person, you can always FaceTime them in so that you don't risk losing the gown you love.

    Your squad should be encouraging, build you up, and have your best interest at heart!

    Keep in mind, often times too large of a group can feel a bit overwhelming with lots of opinions to juggle. Remember this day is about you, and what you feel most confident & beautiful in, so only bring those who will build you up!

  • We suggest wearing underwear in the same color as your skin tone, and any shapewear you anticipate wearing on your wedding day (if any). No need to purchase anything that you don’t already own, as your shapewear needs will vary depending on the dress you purchase.

    Please avoid wearing heavy make-up or tanning products, as these may damage or stain the gowns. Our designer gowns are sold off-the-rack, so we go to great lengths to protect them.

    Feel free to bring along any sentimental accessories that you would like to incorporate into your wedding, and we can help you try them on with your final gown selection.

  • Yes! We have a collection of discounted veils, sleeves and detachable trains available that can be tried on during your bridal appointment. We currently do not allow accessory appointments, however, you can always shop our accessories online!

    If you would like our recommendation or have questions about a particular accessory, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help!

  • Due to high appointment demand, we do not offer in-person appointments for our discounted veils and accessories. However, you can shop all of our on-hand inventory online! If you need help with a recommendation, just reach out!

    Any A&V brides who say yes to the dress will have an opportunity to try on our collection of veils & accessories at the end of their bridal appointment, once they’ve selected their gown!

  • Your gown selection is based on your measurements, but we can almost guarantee that your dress will need alterations to get the best fit. Though we don’t offer in-house alterations, we work closely with a local seamstress who we absolutely trust & recommend. The alterations specialists will be able to provide you the most accurate information on pricing and timelines.

    To book your alterations appointment with Lace Alterations, call 770-695-0958, and be sure to let them know that “you are an Aisle & Veil bride”. They understand we work primarily with budget-conscious brides, and will do their best to provide priority scheduling.

  • We normally release appointments one month at a time, but for Q1 of 2024 we’re releasing the quarter all at once! Later dates will be released one month at a time.

    If your date isn’t available to book yet, you can always add yourself to our “Waitlist” through our booking page. This way, you’ll be one of the firsts to be notified that your date is available for booking!

  • Your booking fee is only applied back towards a same-day gown purchase, and is required each time you revisit.

    Keep in mind: many designers manufacture gowns that are similar in style, so even if we don’t stock a particular designer, there’s a good chance we carry something similar. On average, over 80% of our visitors find what they’re looking for!

  • Our Aisle & Veil Exclusive collection is a private collection of gowns that are exclusive to our shop! We work with trusted designers to custom-create styles we think you'll love.

    We typically stock our A&V Exclusive designs across several different sizes, but keep in mind: as with all of our OTR inventory, we never guarantee availability — inventory is constantly changing, so you’d need to visit to see what's currently available in each size range. Once a gown is sold, there’s no guarantee it’ll be re-stocked, so if you find something you absolutely LOVE, come ready to pull the trigger!

  • We offer a professional cleaning & boxing service, exclusive to our A&V brides. Shop Shop Gown Cleaning & Preservation Here!

  • You are welcome to enjoy any treats or refreshments up front in our lobby area, but ask that you only bring water into the showroom & fitting room areas. Because all of our gowns are sold off-the-rack, our goal is to protect the gowns from potential stains and spills.

  • No, we only carry bridal gowns & bridal accessories.

  • No, all sales are final. Once the gown has left our shop, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.
